M'ANAM ("My Soul" in the Irish language) is an Ireland-based male voice group of between six and eight men whose performances evoke a multitude of epic soundscapes and human stories. The singers come from Ireland, Iceland, Italy and Germany, fusing their collective cultures and vocal traditions together to create a unique and beautiful sound. Their backgrounds range from rock through classical to Early music traditions and opera. M’ANAM combine Irish, European and Nordic cultural traditions with chant-like sonic textures that bring a timeless quality to their work aided by their artistic director and composer Michael McGlynn.

M’ANAM are part the ANÚNA COLLECTIVE which includes the ensembles Systir and ANÚNA.

M’ANAM have headlined concerts at Dublin’s Tradfest and Glasgow’s Celtic Connections and brought their unique sound to Iceland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sardinia, Italy and Canada. They were in residence at Limerick Sings in June 2025. and have released the album M’ANAM and the EP Smidiríní.

M’ANAM: Between Two Worlds (2023) is a prize winning feature-length documentary about the ensemble, produced and directed by Michael McGlynn. Its Nordic Premiere was at Bío Paradís cinema in Reykjavík in January 2024. The film won Best Feature Film Cinematography at the SOUND On SCREEN Music Film Festival (South Africa) (2025), won the Documentary Award at the Munich Video Awards (2023), won Best Documentary Film Cinematography at Milan FFI (2023) was nominated at Louth International Film Festival for Best Documentary Feature (2023) and has been Selected for screening at Kerry International Film Festival (2023) and the Fine Arts Film Festival, Venice, California (2026) among other accolades. The film will be released to streaming in summer 2026 in an updated version.

M’ANAM feature on the soundtrack of the animated feature by Blizzard Entertainment entitled "Warbringers: Jaina", part of a series of short films serving as a prelude to World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and currently boasting 16 million streams on YouTube. Japanese Jazz Fusion band mouse on the keys collaborated with them on "Clarity" the opening track from their highly successful album tres.
